WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY? WILL IT TARNISH?
Our Up-Cycled Collection is entirely handmade from Sterling/Solid silver cutlery. Therefore, it will not tarnish or discolour, and is wearable in showers & when you are working out.
Our Adjustable Collection products vary from 925 Sterling Silver to Stainless Steel, therefore should not tarnish or discolour, however we advise not to wear around water to prevent any damage, and keep your jewellery in top condition for longer!
Please don't wear our jewellery near any chemicals (Chlorine).
Our Signature Collection is entirely Stainless Steel, therefore should not tarnish, we advise to keep away from chemicals.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?
We offer a £0.99 customisable gift wrap.
This is listed as a product 'Gift Wrap' and must be added to your order when purchasing.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
Our Spoon Rings all include a free resize, please drop us an email if you need your ring resized, and we can give you further details about our resizing policy.
Our adjustable collection products are all adjustable! Therefore you can choose your own size. Some products may be harder to adjust than others, if you wanted your product adjusted beforehand, simply leave a note on your order.
A Ring size chart can be found on our Instagram highlights 'Help&Info'.
The Ring Sizer app, on the App Store, is also a good way to find your ring size!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you choose our tracked 24 shipping option, you will receive emails from Royal Mail regarding tracking information.
If you choose standard shipping, please note are orders are sent as large letters through a post box, therefore there will be no tracking available.
If your order is taking longer to arrive, please check you have given the correct address, and looked anywhere a large letter may have been posted (letter box).
